You will agree here to the policy of using the story for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all credits to me.Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.GENERALCLIENTYou, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.You may not claim my work as your own.You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Writing as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. I will send you a copy of the finished work if requested.You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to any original characters I may be writing for under the guidance of yourself, the client.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the story as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the work (eg. post it to other sites such as Archive of Our Own) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of any original characters or concepts used.NDA / PRIVACY REQUESTIf you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.COMMISSIONSORDERINGYou are expected to contact me on Discord or on one of my Social Medias and request a commission + give a basic rundown of what you're looking for (Original Fiction? Something for a Fandom? A Yume or X Reader? Any pairings? SFW, or NSFW? AUs? Plot in mind? Word Count? Etc, describe what you want me to write.)You will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your slot.Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, so as to make it clear to read.Any emails, private messages, and comments that you send I require to be in English.Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.Please wait until your commission is accepted until sending the initial upfront payment, and please do notify me when you do so, just in case, so I don't get you mixed up with anyone else!PAYMENTI am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.I will only accept USD (‘United States Dollar’) as payment. Unfortunately, I currently only have Cashapp as a payment method.It is expected that you deposit 50% of the price upfront before I start, and the other 50% upon completion of the work. Exceptions must be otherwise discussed.Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.If the initial 50% payment is not made in a timely manner (within 72 hours) after it's been requested, the commission will be cancelled.The second 50% payment after the project is completed is also expected to be made in a timely manner (within 72 hours) as well, after it has been requested. If not paid, you will be temporarily blacklisted until the commission is fully paid.Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay the initial 50% will result in blacklisting.PRODUCT DISCLAIMERPlease note that all of my sales are "Digital Copy" and it is the Work's "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.REFUNDSIf I cancel a project or the project is cancelled prior to completion, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100% of what has been paid thus far by the Client.Once the final draft is sent, there will be NO REFUNDS BEYOND THIS POINT. If you do not like how the final draft is written, you may instead communicate and ask for revisions.CHARGE BACKSPlease don't issue a chargeback without discussion first! Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.REVISIONS, FEEDBACK AND THE FINAL ORDERThe final draft of the work will be presented in a Google Doc or PDF format, depending on the client's preference.The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished work if no feedback was given to amend it.You are free to request a WIP at any given time, as well as snippets! I may also send or offer to send snippets randomly, unless requested to refrain from doing so.You may also, at any time, suggest additional story elements you would like to see in the work that you may have not thought of initially!If you spot issues within the pacing of the story, OOC of any of the characters, etc, I can and will revise the piece for you before the commission is confirmed complete. This includes snippets or any WIPs I may send, including the final WIP.After the order is completed, minor changes such as grammar/spelling corrections are allowed if found.In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee after it has been declared complete.I will not rewrite a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.There may be slight differences between the samples on my account and the work you will receive.The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.Credit to me, the Writer, is required when you post or use it on another platform.You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, work, and other digital data I provide.Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for as long as 6 months or more. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use (when and if asked).Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
